1950s Perforated Metal and Glass Ceiling Lamp by Bruno Gatta for Stilnovo. A quintessentially 1950s Italian design executed in opaline glass, black painted perforated metal and brass mounting screws. A highly functional and sculptural flush mount of attractive scale and incomparable refinement. Unmarked.
Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.
Accommodates 1x 60W equivalent standard US candelabra base LED bulb. Professionally rewired for US electrical but not UL listed. Recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
