Petrified wood is the fossilized remains of an ancient tree. In a process that takes about 100 years, minerals replace the tree’s cell walls, and the tree crystallizes and turns to stone. Studio Greytak’s Pyramid Lamp 3 features a sparkling specimen of petrified wood that perfectly reflects the light from above. Solid bronze legs lead up to a matching shade and a quartz finial and matching pulls magnify the power of the immortal stone below.
