It encompasses a retro-lit head with a diameter of 37 cm/14.5 inches in natural pink jade, an exceptional gemstone with a sumptuous powder transparency, and a structure in anodized stainless steel colored in brass with a subtile pink gold shade. This work is exclusively produced and sold by Galerie BSL in a limited edition of 8 pieces + 4 artist proofs.
The 'JinShi' collection of furniture and lights offers an interplay of curves and lines that defines a minimalist balance of forms while the sensuality of pink jade offers a refinement that is unique in today's furniture design. Each work in the collection is also available in a gunmetal grey anodized version.
Founded in Shanghai by Chinese designer Xu Ming and French architect Virginie Moriette, Studio MVW is known for their sculptural, architectural forms and ability to subtly connect contemporary Western and Eastern aesthetics.
