The back plates stamped F&C OSLER this covered by a richly cut glass back plate of unusual form, the silvered receiver plate supporting five finely notched candle arms arranged on three levels, these arms with drop hung flute cut drip pans and egg shaped candle nozzles, the wall-lights richly draped with double pointed spangles and pear shaped finial drops.
