Unusual Bronze and Brass Floor Lamp In The Form Of a Whale Oil Vessel with Hanging Chain Chatelaine Of Tools : Scissor,Poker,Tongs and Snuffer.Used To Snuff Out And Clean The Lamp Oil Source. Designed in The 1920's This is Decorated with Grotesque Faces And Nude Mermaids.The Large Dramatic Finial is Composed of Two Winged and Breasted Griffins.There is a Key That allows the adjustment of the Height of the Center Fixture.The Detailed Base is 15" Diameter. There are Six Edison Base Lamp Sockets And Light Switch In Center of Lamp.
