Absolutely exceptional, very large rustic Tramp Art wall mirror from the late 19th century around 1870 in Austria. This very special handcrafted, elaborately made rural wall mirror impresses with its amazing looking variety of different elements: pyramid styled corners, interrupted by artfully designed, upright standing wooden applications in the middle parts of the frame. The so resulting, outstanding looking patterns combined with different handcarved notch cut bars stained in beautiful varying shades of brown and the slightly protruding corners, make this one of a kind antique wall mirror an absolute extraordinary Tramp Art art work. The mirror plate has been renewed during the restoration process. A golden metal ring on the backside makes wall mounting easy.
