-
Description
Amazing rustic Black Forest wall mirror from the late 19th century in Austria. Elaborately handcrafted around 1880 this rural mirror shows an absolute unique design. The hand carved basswood frame was created in the manner of tree branches. Protruding corners and a beautiful large carving on the center top makes this antique mirror a real special one. Stained in a very dark brown tone, the frame is additionally adorned by noble, gilt inner bars which complete the gorgeous look of this rustic wall mirror. A handforged ring on the backside makes wall mounting easy. Another impressive and highly decorative piece of a late 19th century Black Forest mirror in our highly demanded rustic mirror collection.
