Description
A very fine grand scale wall mirror by Cristal Art, late 1940's. The whole mirror surround has a scalloped pattern with a high profile 2" walnut molding. The glass border is segmented and surrounds the very large interior rectangular mirror plate which also has an inlaid wood border. Can be hung horizontally or vertically. With solid wood backing.
Cristal Art was an Italian plate glass manufacturing company established in 1944 in Turin, Italy by Giuseppe and Giovanni Donna. They specialized in the design and production of dramatic and elegant glass and crystal mirrors and furniture.
