Exquisite tessellated bone mirror by Enrique Garcel with an unusual incised Greek key design created in a Columbian Studio.
The craftsmanship is apparent both in the execution of the incised linear design and the number of small intricately shaped pieces of bone used to create this magnificent mirror.
The scale is great with the border measuring 26 centimeters, 10.365 inches across and 1.5" deep, the inset glass mirror is 70 centimeters, 27.625 inches wide, the overall diameter of the mirror is 122.5 centimeters , 48.1875 inches.
The 48" mirror is in very good condition. -
