French Louis Philippe Style Gilt Mirror
-
Description
A classic French Louis Philippe gilt-painted, reeded mirror from the 1800s in ideal proportions to suit a number of rooms and decorating tastes. The arched, gilded frame traces the mirror in three carved rows, underscoring the golden ratio of height and width. Most likely the glass is original, no apparent foxing or crystallization. The lustrous frame has a gilt bronze hue, adding textural dimension for a big impact in your interior. Please view the detailed images.
