Born in France during the second half of the 18th century, this exquisite trumeau mirror attracts our attention with its original oil painting adorning the upper panel and depicting a colorful bouquet of flowers. The painted frame shows a nicely worn appearance and boasts a neutral beige color accented with soft green accents. The inset mirror plate is surrounded by a stylish gilt frame and topped with stunning carved giltwood motifs presenting scrolls and flowers flanking a central shell.
