Decorative Italian gilt roccoco style wall mirror from the 1950s in Venice. A real eyecatching mirror from the mid century period, modeled after the famous venetian roccoco/ baroque frames from the 18th century. This luxurious golden/ white wall mirror impresses with its artfully crafted stucco works showing beautifully rocailles (shell ornaments). The amazing looking white parts with the "scratched" patterns build an extraordinary contrast and make this vintage Italian wall mirror a very decorative piece. The mirror plate has been renewed during the cleaning process.
