Hollywood Art Deco Atomic Mirror with Beveled Edges & Reverse Etched Detailing
-
Description
This stunning Art Deco Hollywood mirror was realized in the United States circa 1945. It features an atomic silhouette with four rhombus form mirrored segments adjoined around a rectangular mirrored panel. The perimeter segments taper in the center and flare out at each end where they culminate in beveled corners. They are inscribed via reverse etching with orbital detailing, composed of spherical forms connected by a line that traces the atomic form of each segment. With its clean modernist lines and beautiful craftsmanship, this piece would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Art Deco to contemporary. It is in excellent vintage condition. Can be hung horizontally also.
