Exquisite Pair of striking large giltwood and gesso mirrors, each featuring a central beveled palatial panel, flanked by smaller beveled panels. The mirrors are encased in finely detailed giltwood frames, which are adorned with intricate carvings of flowers, tassels, and ribbons. A carved floral pediment tops each mirror, with urn-shaped corner embellishments overflowing with floral motifs.
These mirrors are not only visually stunning but represent the height of decorative craftsmanship from the late 19th to early 20th century.
