A Paolo Buffa designed very finely carved walnut mirror, Italy, circa 1940. This exquisite and grand in scale wall mirror is trapezoid in form, with exceptional and delicate hand-carved walnut frame with scallop motif, the mirror plate with an etched decoration on the outer border of the mirror plate with crystal rosettes in each corner. Simple in form and luxurious in craftsmanship and presentation.
