-
Description
Large monumental classical gilded convex girandole mirror with strikingly well-carved dynamic eagle holding three chains, double candle arms that emanate from a shaped vase flank the mirror frame, the undermount has deeply carved acanthus leaves and are centered by a disc with a classical lion’s head. There is some regilding over the original but it still retains it’s lovely patina.
