Description
An early 19th century Klismos chair from the Gustavian period, newly upholstered in linen fabric. Made in Lindome, Sweden. The Klismos design originated in ancient Greece. The model is known for its curved and concave backrest and four splayed legs. This beautiful and extremely comforable chair has a unique, carved herringbone design along the back and seat frame. A Maison & Co. favorite.
