Lovely antique French Louis XVI style painted and giltwood loveseat or canape. This stunning sofa is a beautiful gray color with gilt trim. This 19th century French Louis XVI style painted and gilt wood loveseat was taken down to the frame and professionally upholstered in an oatmeal colored linen with spaced nailhead detail. Great patina. Form, function and comfort best describe this beautiful French piece!
