Biedermeier Bergère Chair, Austria circa 1820

Description
Biedermeier bergère in cherry veneer with elegant, c-shaped curved armrests and a centrally rising backrest. The armchair stands on socketed square feet at the front and flared sabre legs at the back. It is newly upholstered on all sides in a blue satin fabric. The armchair has been restored and polished by hand.
