This elegant early Viennese Biedermeier sofa was made circa 1825.

The sofa is an example of beautiful, rare and refined design and excellent craftsmanship. Viennese Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions and continue to have a great influence on modern design.

This Biedermeier sofa has a lovely cherry veneer accentuated by a light amber tone and 200 years old patina.
It sits well and is very comfortable. The refined details of this gorgeous sofa are highlighted by beautifully carved parts.
We are providing a Certificate of Authenticity.

The upholstery should be replaced due to wear and tear. The choice of fabric is left to our clients.
The piece is in very good condition.
