The Pierre Jeanneret Kangaroo chair is a staple in the mid-century modern Chandigarh design. Recognized by the “z” shaped silhouette, it offers a laidback approach to contemporary living.

Partner and cousin to Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret was a visionary of modernist architecture and design. His greatest talent laidin creating functional and strikingly elegant furniture.

Cassina was established in 1927 in the Northern region of Brianza, Italy, an area noted for its skilled artisans and woodworkers. Rooted in high quality Italian craftsmanship Cassina began acquiring licenses to reproduce some of the world’s most well renowned furniture designs. The incredible quality of materials leads to the most amazing expression of form and function celebrating new design as well as highlighting notable designs of the past.
