Magnificent and rare 2nd generation Brazilian Rosewood and black leather lounge chair and ottoman by Charles and Ray Eames. This chair retains its super rare double ring back black medallion made only one year-1964. This is the chair you favorite wealthy grandfather had still retaining some minor dog nibbles and wear to the leather-classic to say the least. The shock mounts have been replaced by a professional restoration expert to ensure 60 more years of comfort and use. This chair measures 31.5"t x 32.75"w x 32.75"d with a seat height of 16. The ottoman measures 17.5"t x 26"w x 21.5"d.
Rosewood shell shows some loving wear with a few teeth marks from the family pet-has been restored. Leather is well worn on arm rests-tear to seam-see photos. Wear to corner of seat pad-see photos. -
