Set of 10 "Cinque Stecche" chairs. Crafted from lacquered beechwood in a delicate cream tone, these chairs feature brass ferrules and a woven seat in a two-tone cord of light brown and coconut hues. This exclusive design, known as the "Hotel Belvedere" livery, originates from the Chiavari workshop of Sanguineti and dates back to the 1940s.

A rare example of Chiavari craftsmanship, these chairs are distinguished by a succession of horizontal, parallel slats on the backrest, forming the decorative motif that gives this model its name: "Cinque Stecche." Chiavari chairs from the first half of the 20th century are particularly prized for their ability to capture the evolving aesthetic trends of the time. The five slats adorning the backrest lend the chair an airy elegance, reminiscent of a light summer muslin dress or even evoking the five lines of a musical stave, waiting for a romantic composer’s inspiration.

The chosen cream lacquer finish is satin-like and deep, enhancing the chair's refined structure. Brass ferrules on the front legs add a touch of understated luxury, a subtle yet charming detail.
