Description
John Hutton for Donghia arm chairs from the Block Island collection created circa 1995. This design is inspired by the work of the master Art Deco designer, Jean-Michel Frank. John Hutton was the Donghia design director from 1978-1998 and was responsible for many of the now iconic Donghia pieces. Fine mahogany frame construction sheathed in block patterned cane, designed to look like rush-style wicker. These three example have retained their original finish and original signed leather cushion. Three chairs are available and The chairs are sold individually.
