    A well drawn early 20th Century walnut Gainsborough type leather upholstered desk - armchair on cabriole legs in the 18th Century manner.

    English circa 1910.

    The arched and stuffed back recently upholstered in a hand dyed leather above an upholstered sprung seat flanked by padded arms with carved scroll on moulded leaf carved supports. Raised on four finely carved cabriole legs with foliate carved cabochons to the knee ending on a scroll foot.

    A handsome armchair which can be used as either a desk or library chair.
