Models 4592 (armless) and Model 4593 (armed version) dining chairs. designed by Edward J Wormley for Dunbar Furniture Company. The chairs have a brass handle on the back, mahogany legs and Linherr Hollingsworth upholstery. Armed version is 31" H x 21" W x 22" D, armless is 31" H x 21" W x 22" D.
Dunbar was one of the finest manufacturers in the 1950s and 1960s and Edward J Wormley was one of the greatest midcentury designers. Their quality and designs are timeless. -
