Erwin Lambeth Open Back Lounge Chairs in Raw Blue Silk with Walnut Frames 1960s
-
Description
Priced individually but sold only in pairs.
These open back low slung lounge chairs were crafted by the Erwin-Lambeth company and are often mis-attributed to designers Harvey Probber and Edward Wormley. Erwin-Lambeth produced high end mid-century furniture and lighting in their facility in NC. The company was founded by James Erwin Lambeth and his wife Katherine Lambeth. Katherine was the designer who created their signature pieces. These chairs are in their original blue raw silk upholstery and have been professionally cleaned. They are very comfortable for a chair this stylish. The solid walnut bases do show some wear and can be refinished at the buyers expense upon request. -
