Description
New England, probably Massachusetts, ca. 1800-1810..
Mahogany, maple and pine secondary woods.
Condition: Over-all in great condition.
The chair has a serpentine shaped crest rail with a slightly canted back flanked by shaped open arms supported by tapered legs with inlaid cuffs on the front joined by stretchers. -
