Pair of Vintage Walnut and Leather "45" Lounge Chairs by Finn Juhl for Baker

Description
Pair of iconic circa 1950s Finn Juhl for Baker lounge chairs in walnut with original black leather upholstery (Baker model #409 1/2; the former Neils Vodder version is model #NV-45).
Sculpted walnut frames feature delicate contours and gracefully flowing lines. Walnut has been expertly refinished; leather is original and shows good age / beautiful, natural patina consistent with age and use. Overall, very fine condition. (Note that the top cushion is not loose; it is connected to the leather frame.)

Arm height 27.5"
Acquired from the original owner in Melville, New York, who purchased the pair new in the late 1950s.
