Description
Swedish designer Folke Ohlsson produced this striking lounge chair, model 4410, and ottoman for Danish manufacturer Fritz Hansen in 1957. The chair's wide angular frame creates a deeply comfortable seat with an inclined backrest and generous winglike armrests. The beechwood legs are canted, giving the chair a dynamic feel. Adding to its appeal is the accompanying cushioned ottoman, whose angle can be adjusted for even greater comfort.
