Fine Georgian style carved mahogany Gainsborough armchair of generous scale, the shaped back over padded arms with acanthus leaf scroll carving over upholstered seat, the well carved legs with acanthus leave carved knees and scrolled feet, the whole upholstered in tobacco brown leather, the wood with good color and patina.
