Designed in 1949 by Hans Wegner and known simply as "The Chair," this armchair features an oak frame with an elegant caned seat and cane-wrapped back.

The chair is stamped with the manufacturer's mark for Johannes Hansen on the underside.

The seat height is 17 inches.
