Hans Olsen lounge set for Bramin

Description
A rare model '161' lounge set designed in 1957 by Hans Olsen for Bramin, Denmark. This modular set consists of a three-seater and a two-seater bench/sofa with four seating elements and a table. These elements can be placed on the benches freely or on the floor. The pieces are made of teak with woven rattan with loose green fabric cushions.
The measurements stated are of the three-seater sofa and the smaller sofa is 131 cm wide. The seating elements are and 66 by 66 and 50 cm high. The table is 61.5 by 62.5 and 25 cm high.
The model was used in the Bramin case study house or ‘Bass House’ (1958), designed for the couple Saul Bass and Dr. Ruth Bass. -
