Hans Wegner round chair model JH501 for Johannes Hansen, Denmark. Iconic chair by the master Hans Wegner and nick named "The Chair" after being featured in the JFK presidential debate with Nixon. Solid sculpted teak frame with a cane seat and wrapped back. Newly restored cane seat, manufacturer's stamp to structural cross support. Rare early example that is ready to be enjoyed for another 75 years.
