This rare and highly sought after Mid-Century Modernist Rotating Stool/ Ottoman in Holly Hunt Leather is by Frank Lloyd Wright for Heritage Herendon, and originates from the United States, C. 1955/56. Features a rectilinear x-form base in Mahogany with beveled edges adorned with stunning Greek Key Detailing adding elegance and cementing the piece in the timeless tradition of adorned patterning and thoughtful design. This Ottoman came into existence as a result of the relationship between Frank Lloyd Wright and Heritage Herendon, short lived as many of Wright's partnerships, though highly successful. This Ottoman will style beautifully in a wide array of settings and spaces, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal interiors. Newly reupholstered in a gorgeous Holly Hunt Leather, this piece is in Mint Restored Condition.
