An important Indian Raj ottoman of substantial size with button tufted hand-dyed leather upholstered top on gloriously elaborate hardwood frame with finely carved open fret apron over coiled scroll foliate legs depicting stylized peacocks, Indian, circa 1830. A superb example of the wood carving art.
