Description
Tripod "tabouret" stool by Jean Raymond Picard, also the author of the first French green fiberglass chair of the 1950s. Both are known to have been produced by "SETA," a French interior design company of the time.
The stool presents three iron legs in excellent patina and a very ergonomic seat that fits its host perfectly. The Stool presents with faded red fiberglass/parchment shell with visible fibers and excellent patina. The stool through its very midcentury French forms is ideal for design environments and modernist style.
It shows wear and tear due to its age and use. -
