This elegant and truly exceptional Viennese Biedermeier sofa was made circa 1825.

Viennese Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design, excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design.

This early Biedermeier sofa has a lovely walnut wood / veneer accentuated by a deep amber tone and 200 years old patina.

The upholstery beautifully emphasizes the warm amber shade of the walnut wood and fine, beautifully carved details.

The piece is in very good condition. It sits well and is very comfortable.

The piece will be a great complement to any elegant interior. It does not matter whether it is a classic or modern interior because Biedermeier is simply timeless.
