French circa 1780 Louis XVI Bergère à la Reine having painted carved wood frame with allover bellflower motifs on arms, rails, and stiles; the rectangular back issuing sloping padded arms atop sloping arm supports with bead, flute, and acanthus decoration connecting rosette corner-blocks all on tapered fluted legs. Seat height given is to top of seat-rail.
