Milo Baughman Chrome Cube Lounge Chair Thayer Coggin 1980s
-
Description
Milo Baughman lounge chair.
An exquisite chunky cube stainless steel lounge or club chair from a rare low production series designed by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin, circa 1990.
The heavy stainless steel flat bar and tube frame executed in mirror finish chrome.
This chair is extremely comfortable.
This unusual example is from one of the finest chrome chair series that the Milo Baughman produced.
The chair will be shipped as photographed, completely installation ready.
Excellent restored condition.
The chair frame has been professionally cleaned; the chrome is in excellent vintage condition, with minimal signs of age.
New custom upholstery in a natural wool boucle is a stunning neutral textured contrast to the brilliance of the stainless frame.
The arm height is 21.5 inches. The frame back is 31.5 inches in height.
A very cool classic interpretation of a bauhaus or art deco chair.
I have a second chair available that needs to be re-upholstered.
I can't find another one listed for sale. -
