In his pieces, Nelson explores the combination of colors and the natural shapes created by Mother Nature to trigger positive feelings, a sense of freedom, and inner harmony.
Nelson de Araújo is a Portuguese designer, with a degree in Product Design from Portugal (IPVC). In 2017, he founded his creative studio – Nelson de Araújo Design, specialized in Furniture Development and 3D Visualization.
Everything Nelson creates is an expression of who he is and how he sees the world. In his creative process, largely influenced by Nature, he explores the combination of natural colors and shapes. The primary goal of his designs and visuals is to trigger positive feelings, a sense of freedom, and inner harmony.
Driven by the vision of mindful living spaces, the studio embraced a new project of a series of collectible furniture. ‘Living art’ for the home is the concept behind this new collection. Timeless pieces of art, are meant to be part of happy memories shared with loved ones.
Carefully designed by Nelson, this collection is made to order and handmade by local artisans in Portugal. -
