Pair Italian Early Modern / Brutalist Lacquered Wood Armchairs / Lounge Chairs
-
Description
Timeless pair of handmade lacquered wood chairs. These rare pieces have both a primitive brutalist and modern appeal with their spare frames, worn surfaces and sculptural forms. The chairs are un-upholstered, made with Mortisse and Tenon construction, handmade iron braces and lacquered principally on the front side. All characteristics of early furniture. They are beautiful to look at with their burnt red orange lacquer and unique appearance and are also comfortable to sit on.
