Pair of grey (or gray) bouclé sculptural lounge or slipper chairs designed and made by Doimo Salotti in Treviso, Italy, circa 1970s. Superb craftsmanship and design lines. Low mid-century modern profile with curved padded back and seats. These slipper chairs are extremely comfortable and sit atop a slim wood plinth. Newly restored and reupholstered in a grey Italian wool bouclé fabric. This pair of Italian chairs are on display and available for purchase at The Gallery at 200 Lex (at the New York Design Center).
