Pair Regency Faux Japanned and Parcel Gilt Arm Chairs, Circa 1810

Description
Fine pair of British Regency chairs with caned seats; the turned back has a turned crest rail; the center oval tablet on the back is decorated.
with a shell and foliate scroll, supported and joined with a pair of "C" scrolls. Four saber legs complete the design. Excellent all original condition; the caned seats have been redone at some point. There are an additional identical two pairs of these chairs in comparable condition available to make a set of six if desired. (See image). Circa 1810.
Dimensions: (each chair) 21 7/8" wide x 23" deep x 32 3/4" high. Seat height 16 1/2".
