Description
A beautifully hand crafted long sofa by Phillip Lloyd Powell in early 1970's at his new hope studio, in which he also collaborated with Paul Evans extensively. This massive yet airy looking sofa was constructed with solid walnut, hickory and surfaced with black slate on one end table and antique white veined marble on the other. The sofa features three seats supported by webbing and wool cushions and two side tables. All five pieces can be installed in any order desired to create versatile seating and table arrangement. Superb craftsmanship and creative design exemplify this iconic piece by Phil Powell.

Origin: United States Period: 1950-1979 Materials: Foam, Hickory, Marble, Slate, Walnut, Wool. Condition: Excellent. Superb all original condition with only minor wear, except the contact points of where the seats sit on the frame, which is expected. Warm patina, free of breaks or repairs.
