Pier Luigi Colli (1895-1968), studied in Paris at the École des arts décoratifs and he entered in the family business, active in Turin since 1850.
Thanks to Pier Luigi French connections, the company imported in Turin Lalique glasses and lamps by Jean Perzel. Moreover, they produced high quality tapestries, furnitures, lighting items with Seguso Murano glasses, upholsteries, embroideries and door handles.
The company was also very active producing goods designed by a lot of external architects and designers of its time like: Gio Ponti, Giovanni Gariboldi, Carlo Mollino, Domenico Morelli, Gabetti e Isola, Aldo Morbelli, et.
After the death of Pier Luigi Colli, Clauda (the daughter) continued the business with an high end serial production until the company closing in the 1980s. -
