Retaining much of its original blue paint
Under a coat of red
Rhode Island Circa 1795
Woods: Hickory, Maple, White Pine

Depth: 20 inches
Reference: A very similar chair appears in Nancy Goyne Evans, American Windsor Chairs, figure 6-44, page 263. That chair is in the collection of the Peabody Essex Museum.
