Scandinavian Rocking Chair - 1940's
-
Description
A rare and comfortable Scandinavian rocking chair with a wooden structure and camel leather seating, designed in the 1940s. A playful Swedish design in which functionality meets aesthetics. It's a design that features influences from the famous sportstugemöbel-style, originally intended for Swedish summer houses. Both functionality and durability were the leading principles of this particular style.
This Scandinavian rocking chair is in excellent original condition and would be a striking addition as a side chair in a Scandinavian or Mid-Century Modern home. -
