Set of 8 Dining Chairs by Ernst-Martin Dettinger in Cherry Wood Germany
-
Description
These chairs are made from cherrywood and feature a sleek, contemporary design. The backs are tall and angular with a distinctive open-cut center, giving them a modern, architectural look. The cherrywood frames have a warm, rich hue, beautifully accentuating the wood's natural grain. The seats are upholstered in a softly textured, patterned fabric that complements the clean lines of the wood. We offer reupholstery services in our in-house workshop, allowing you to choose from a selection of fabrics or leather to suit your style. Martin Dettinger began his career in the 1950s, during a period of significant growth in industrial design. He focused on ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality, collaborating with various companies and creating iconic products. Known for blending innovation with practicality, his designs often featured clean lines, organic forms, and advanced materials. Dettinger redefined industry standards in interior design and furniture, earning numerous awards and global recognition. His work continues to inspire designers today.
