Sue et Mare bench (#1750)
Classic French Art Deco bench, circa 1925, by Louis Sue & Andre Mare in stained beech and gold leaf. 30” wide x 17.25” deep x 18” high. Sue & Mare’s Compagnie des Arts Francais had its own pavilion at The International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts held in Paris, France, from April to October 1925. This bench is a variant of those published in Sue et Mare et La Compagnie des Arts Francais. See photos. - More Information
